We accept payment through PayPal.
Orders are sent with confirmation after payment is received. We ship by regular mail. If post office is closed due to a holiday, we'll send your order the next business day. We sell and ship items in the United States but will consider selling to other countries in the near future.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know about your intentions. Communication is the key to a long lasting business relationship.
We will accept returns as long as you notify us within 5 days after receiving your order. After receiving the returned item, we will refund the price you paid for the item less the PayPal charges, shipping and return cost. All refunds will be made by PayPal or money order at buyer's preference.
Delivery time within the U.S. is usually about 7-10 days for most items. Personalized items will require a longer handling time. Please email us prior to purchase if you are in a rush!
